Ross Selection

This team was named by yours truly, to be a representative on a persons with autism and other people with special needs. Through people who support this personal mission of Ross Gomez to promote awareness, acceptance, accommodation and appreciation with persons with autism in the family, workplace, schools and the community. The focus here is that more people with autism should be integrated in the workforce by educating and letting them experience to be with someone with autism and other developmental conditions. Working with Teacher Nino, I decided to promote his center as well to attract as many reviewer and also promote social inclusion with people with special needs.

Since, one of my stories was felt by people who support this mission the purpose of this team is to:

First is to glorify God through basketball and works in order to make the community an accepting and warm to all sectors in the society. We promote sensitivity to each others cultures. There would be a clash on how we express our thoughts, ideas and principles in life we must remember we have one God and through Jesus we are redeemed by His abounding grace and the Cross where he died and rose again in three days. This is not promoting religion but promoting the true authority of the scriptures the the Bible which is where God spoke to us today.

Second this is to promote a team which comprises different people with different point of views, backgrounds, cultures, status and walks of life. We promote a warm environment to promote camaraderie to both teammates and opponents. Through evaluation and process we put players in the roster in which league we are joining.
