The Bouncers

Narration:

Cyrus

The story started with Cyrus coming home to work. He had was an object of interest of women. He is handsome, white yet lean. Cyrus a known person to go home late at night spending parties in bars goes home on the wee hours in the morning in weekends. He is a person who is young charismatic and dependable at work he goes home early at weekdays. A typical generation Z person (born from 1996-2010 or commonly known as millennial by most people) he has the tendency to be selfish in an organization and lazy at times in handling responsibilities. This stems back to his college days where he came from a family which well of and everything is provided in him. Part of that example is depending on social media to express his feelings and desires at the expense on divulging his privacy on social media during breaks. Next of his concerns are being materialistic in order to impress others. He also was good at basketball a guard who can pass, shoot, rebound and defend ala Jrue Holiday. He played three times a week.

His privacy concerns on social media led to three bouncers abducting and molesting Cyrus as he was going home to work. Those three bouncers are named Taz, Thugz, and Kline. Taz was the one who had most of the contact of Cyrus because of being fetish on feet and legs of Cyrus and molest Cyrus sexually.

Thugz was the brutal one and Kline serves as an assistant to the two. The bouncers monitored every activity and whereabouts of Cyrus through Facebook, Instragram Stories and Twitter.

They knew exactly the house of Cyrus and whereabouts because he posted his IDs in Facebook and selfies of where he was going. The bouncers met Cyrus two time before he was abducted. One of the bouncers type of girls were allegedly robbed by Cyrus of an love interest and made the clinching point to kidnap and molest Cyrus. He was held captive for one week in a far residence afar Davao City, in Panabo. The first day was hectic a resisting Cyrus was manhandled by the bouncers. The second day featured Taz massaging Cyrus feet, legs etc. Thugz rode on Cyrus back and Taz coerced Cyrus to massage. Out of fear of death, Cyrus gave in to the request, and used his hand and feet to massage the three bouncers. In the third day, they played basketball as Cyrus teamed up with quick guys and Thugz, Taz and Kline had teamed up. They bullied Cyrus and his team with their size in that day and ate them down low. The molesting and massaging continued and the bouncers beat Cyrus up.  In the fourth day, the bouncers played again this time they were on the verge of losing where Cyrus slithered all of them to the cup floating in the air for the finish. Taz fouled him intentionally that possession and Cyrus didn’t called foul because it is a pick-up game anyway despite getting hurt. He won the game by heart. As Cyrus trash talked to Taz, Taz retaliated by pulling him with the ankle and wrestled him with force. In the fifth day Cyrus was molested again and they took turns as a weaker Cyrus gave in to them easily as they starved him that day. Cyrus sustained bruises on his foot and legs and the upper body, the back and chest as well for the five days he was there beaten. In the sixth day Cyrus body was not in the mood to eat, sleep and drink but posted on social media his situation, where David viewed and told Andy, Joseph and Mark to inform the police of the situation of Cyrus. As police soon tracked the area in Panabo and surrounded it, the changed spot. The Bouncers beaten Cyrus badly and knocked him unconscious that night of the 6^th day in an open field. During the dawn of the 7^th day he sustained a swelling on the right eye, he was breathing but unconscious, broken his both ankles, feet, legs, knees after the bouncers left him naked. At five thirteen the bouncers were captured as they entered Davao. The armed men who shot the bouncers trying to fight them back and they were dead on the spot. Andy, Joseph and Mark had approached their playmate Cyrus whom they consider as casual friend, Cyrus, who regained his consciousness,  at first thought that they are the bouncers but Joseph and Mark pacified him and told Cyrus that they are trying to help him and nothing to worry about. They had paid the hospital bills and the treatment needed is provided as well. In the times of Cyrus unconsciousness he saw Jesus in that situation trying to call him and comfort him.

Cristine

David

David was one of the person Cyrus is uncomfortable to hang out with because of his autism, though they are acquaintances in basketball. They never had closeness together, casual friends at best. David had difficult time in establishing personal space between persons and hugged him at times, touch his legs and feet. David is older than Cyrus for five years. Sometimes David made photoshopped faces together in Facebook with him. Andy, Joseph and Mark told Cyrus that David has good intentions and wants to make friends but he just does not know how to. They told Cyrus, David wants to save Cyrus from the abductors but cannot help due to struggles in his mind. He was misinterpreted as being obsessed by men who are mestiso and thin, this was cause by traumatic relationships with woman who emotionally abused David. David then has a relationship with Jesus and after five months he went to Cyrus. Together with a pastor, David shared Cyrus the good news about salvation one month after he was released in the hospital. Cyrus was still awkward and creepy about David’s approach but the desire of David to be friends with Cyrus had motivated him to share. He still felt uncomfortable with David. Two months later Cyrus called David to go to his house. Cyrus apologized to David for not accepting his friendship. Cyrus told David that he wants to know Jesus and asked David not to leave him because he want to learn about the Bible. Cyrus and David were playmates before but Cyrus was not interested on building a friendship with him that time. This time he gave in to David and promised him to be joined every time Cyrus plays basketball when his fractures get healed. After six months of healing and therapy, Cyrus was back on his feet. He was a changed man who wants to play basketball again, so he and David played together in a club south of Davao. Where they teamed up almost every game they played, David improved his scoring with Cyrus on the floor showing the Carmelo and Lebron in him. Cyrus never now have creepy feeling with David, they are comfortable with each other to the point they “akbay” sit closely to each other as David hangs out with Cyrus in his house. They were like brothers, as Cyrus putting his foot on David’s lap and massages it. David was Cyrus protector, people fear David a lot. Even in games they cannot fight Cyrus. Cyrus teaches David to behave appropriately, he calms David when he is on a mood swing, and obeyed God more than else. David provided courage to Cyrus to do what he wants and being playful with him on and off the court. He became an example on Cyrus on how to behave in Social media. They also discuss their opinions nicely as David is not mad with people of Cyrus physical appearance and attitudes. It is because Cyrus did told David tht body shaming is not good. Cyrus helped David on his relationship with Cristine. Cristine was the apple of David’s eye because of being independent and strong that can match David’s approach. Cristine completed David’s heart and as a confidant Cyrus had supported his friend in his relationship with Cristine. He told Cristine that he love white, lean and sexy people. David and Cyrus became bestfriends and as David married Cristine, Cyrus married Jane as well. They travel a lot, venture new interests and love their company with their wives and friends. These friendships and relationships were well the best of God intended for Cyrus, David, Cristine and Jane.
